Description

Designing and specifying a range of adaptation works through to completion in line with service standards.Tendering and issuing of contracts for works.Acting as principal designer, good understanding of H&S, CDMUndertaking practical completion visits on a range of adaptations and planned work streams to ensure consistency and quality.Ensuring that a high quality, timely, resident–focussed, and value for money service is delivered.Profile

Proven experience within the construction industry, particularly in the public sector.Strong knowledge of building regulations and property adaptation standards.Proficiency in preparing specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders.Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.Familiarity with property adaptation for accessibility purposes.Job Offer
