Hi, I’m Santiago, the person behind SSolved.

I’ve worked with computers and technology for around 20 years and have run SSolved since 2011. Most of my work has always come through recommendations. I have excellent Google reviews, and many customers have kept me as the person they contact whenever something technical needs sorting.

You deal directly with me—not a call centre. I provide patient, practical help and explain things clearly without unnecessary jargon.

There is no monthly contract required. I’m equally happy to solve one small problem, provide occasional support, or become the regular IT person for your business.

REMOTE AND ON-SITE SUPPORT

Remote assistance is available throughout the UK.

I’m based in Richmond, South West London, but on-site work is not limited to the local area. I can travel across London and further afield, so wherever you are, please get in touch and ask.

Workshop work is also available by arrangement.

PRICING

All prices below exclude VAT. VAT will be added to the final invoice.

Remote support starts at £35, covering up to 30 minutes. Further remote time is £70 per hour.

On-site visits start at £180, covering up to two hours. Further on-site time is £90 per hour.

Small jobs are genuinely welcome. If your problem involves technology, the easiest thing is simply to ask.
