Very disappointing experience. The agreed commitment was for a £60 job, and I had already paid £20 in advance, yet the work was still left unfinished and the advance payment was not returned. I tried to cooperate throughout and even helped by arranging equipment, but when concerns were raised, the communication became rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on the lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer service, I would not recommend this service.
