We only Charge £15 if the repair takes less than 2 hours.

If the callout take less than 1 Hours we charge £10
Each extra hour is charged at £5 per hour to a maximum total of 4 hours at £25.
We limit Callouts to 4 hours per visit.
No fix no fee if we are unable to reslove the issue.
