I’m looking for someone to share my rented office in Forest Hill, SE23. It’s a big room with a high ceiling and a large window. The available desk is also big - 140cm by 90cm - and there are some shelves for books or papers, too. The room is available 24/7 and is very secure, as it has its own lockable door plus a double-locked door to access the building. The desk is tucked into a little nook on one side of the room.

Fast wifi is included. The building is a converted Victorian industrial woodwork shop, nicely renovated by an architect but with some original features still remaining, so it’s warm in winter and cool in summer.

I’m a journalist and author, and others in the same building (in separate rooms) includes artists, photographers, designers, a florist and a food stylist.

The rent includes all bills.

There’s also a kitchenette with a hob and microwave, hot water and gas central heating and a bathroom.

The available space is approx 2m by 3m, and the whole room is 4m by 5m, with two alcoves.

The available space could also be rented as storage (in which case the rent would be slightly lower, assuming you wouldn't be using much of the wifi or electricity), and would work well for someone like a photographer who needs to store gear out of home with easy access any time.
