1) Each half of the two person round oak desk in photo is £200 pcm inc. or £380 pcm for 2 people sharing. It's 140cm across and with 3x 120cm shelves & a 70cm x 30cm x 80cm bookcase.

2) The green coloured half of the larger two person green & red round yin-yang table in photo is £240 pcm inc. It's 180cm across and with 3x 90cm shelves.

3) Desk 4 is a very large single or twin desk, The 220cm long wooden one in the photo. It costs £260 pcm inc. 70cm x40cm x 90cm bookshelf (more shelves can be added on the wall if needed).

Price include everything; gas, electric, rates, cleaner & 150mb fibre broadband. Terms are 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance ongoing by standing order. 3 months notice to quit.

The desks are within the open plan first floor section of the studio. The space is shared with a company of 5 people and two individuals. There's a new kitchen, central heating and indoor loo (other worktops in the Yard have a communal outside loo and a fan heater!)

We’re right on the edge of the Elephant & Castle development zone, with loads of new shops, bars and restaurants. The South Bank, Borough Market are just a mile away. The Electric Elephant cafe is next door plus aseveral pubs and restaurants a few minutes walk away towards Kennington.

There's great transport links from Kennington (1 stop from Waterloo) and Elephant & Castle tube stations and Elephant & Castle Thames Link overground station - a 5 minute walk, plus numerous bus routes to just about anywhere in London.

The Yards are a unique community of small businesses. Others working in the studio include; an illustrator, a photographer, two web designers, a garden designer, a video production company, a jeweller and an architect.
