The studio is located inside a small warehouse unit, with a kitchen & communal area shared with two other artists. The warehouse unit is part of a large building with many other creative studios
Access: the studio is on the first floor and to access it there is a steep flight of stairs with 15 steps. The communal area is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The toilets are on the ground floor but they are not wheelchair accessible
Bills can fluctuate between 40£ and 110£ per month depending on heating usage
Ideally looking for over 30s yo
Queer and trans+ centred space, but everyone welcome as long as respectful
This unit is NOT a party place and also not suitable for music or anything loud as the walls are super thin
