Two desk spaces are available in a shared studio at V22 on Ashwin Street, Dalston. This is a calm, creative workspace suitable for writers, freelancers, artists, designers, or anyone needing a focused place to work.

This is a **cost-sharing arrangement (not for profit)** within a jointly occupied studio.

**Access times:**

* **Monday / Wednesday / Friday:** available after 3pm
* **Tuesday / Thursday / Weekends:** full access (24-hour access on these days)

The space is shared respectfully between occupants with agreed quiet working use.

**The space:**

* Bright, open creative studio
* Dedicated desk space per person
* WiFi and bills included
* Part of the V22 studio community

**Location:**
Ashwin Street, Dalston –( Just opposite Dalston junction station next door to cafe oto and round the corner from curve garden)

**Cost contribution:**
£120 per desk, per month (this fee is including the £10.19 fee for wifi which is up to you to access or not)

I will be mostly painting but have a desk too for music editing, the space will be occupied by myself most days from 1030AM-2/3/PM

The entire cost of the space is just under 600 pounds p/m, my share will be 2/3rds and the remainder is devided by the two desk sharers ( you will have your own dedicated spaces that you can devide between you and those are not used by anyone else, its just your space )
there is wall space if those who paint wish to use, and an alcove for another desk or shelving , its totally up to you how to use it.

The time share aspect is up to you to think about, i can be flexible to some extent, but it means each person has some time and space to themselves which i think is important

Enquiries considered if you are able to take on shared responsibilities of licence holder ( this is the person responsible for the Payment at the beggining of each month, it is a role we can all take turns on , but it must be acceptable to have a dedicated account for direct debits to be taken from each studio holder and then from v22, any late payments will effect the whole group and will put the licence holder at risk of losing the space.

its a very highly sought after location and i know the right person will benefit hugely from having such a low rent within the community, aspects of your endeavours regarding the arts will be taken in to account when deciding alocation rather than first come first serve.
you do not have to be a fine artist but contributing to the arts and in need of this type of set up will be a plus
