Job Title: Commercial Cleaner

Salary: £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning a variety of commercial environments, including offices and other business premises. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining office spaces, communal areas, and commercial premises
Vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors
Dusting and sanitising surfaces, including desks, fixtures, and fittings
Cleaning washrooms, kitchens, and restocking consumables
Emptying bins and managing waste disposal in line with regulations
Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential
Full, valid driving licence (company van provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good time management and reliability
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Desirable Skills (Not Essential but Advantageous)
We welcome candidates with additional skills, including:


Janitorial or handyman experience
Commercial window cleaning
Power washing / pressure washing
Basic maintenance or repair skills
Experience with specialist cleaning equipment or techniques
