I’m a qualified ISA level 2 (Irish swimming Association) instructor, and ex-competitive swimmer. I teach individuals as I prefer to teach 1:1
I can access your stroke for intermediate level swimmers, introducing drills and techniques to re-align the stroke bringing you back to correct form.
beginners learn the basics of float, glide, kick and breath.
