Immediate Start | £15 per hour (Negotiable)
The Victoria Tavern, a friendly independent pub in Isleworth, is looking for an experienced Lebanese or Middle Eastern chef to join our trailer kitchen.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about authentic Lebanese cuisine and confident preparing fresh food from scratch.
Essential skills and experience:
Making fresh, traditional falafel
Preparing authentic Lebanese whipped garlic mayo (toum)
Marinating and preparing chicken and lamb for shish kebabs
Experience cooking meats over charcoal
Preparing kofta, grilled meats and traditional Lebanese mezze
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
What we're looking for:
Someone reliable, organised and capable of working independently, with a genuine understanding of Lebanese flavours and cooking techniques. Able to manage stock and follow correct health and safety procedures.
Pay: From £15 per hour, depending on experience.
Location: The Victoria Tavern, Isleworth, TW7
Start: As soon as possible.
