Key Responsibilities
Prepare and marinate chicken to LEBO standards.
Cook food on the chargrill and fryers.
Prepare white and spicy rice.
Prepare fresh salad daily.
Portion meals consistently.
Follow LEBO recipes and SOPs.
Maintain food hygiene standards.
Complete opening and closing checklists.
Rotate stock using FIFO.
Assist with deliveries and stock counts.
Requirements
Kitchen experience preferred.
Reliable and punctual.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High standards of cleanliness.
Desirable Experience
Chargrill experience.
Lebanese or grilled chicken experience.
High-volume takeaway experience.
