FULL TIME permanent Chef required (Live-in or out)

Experienced Chef of all levels needed to work alongside our head chef and team.

Preferably you will have at have at least 1-2 years experience in a fast paced kitchen using fresh ingredients and have the ability to work well under pressure.... we open for breakfast every day so breakfast experience an advantage!

Must's

Can do attitude, passion for food, and creative with new ideas.......an understanding of food, the presentation, the variety and keen to learn! Working alongside a good strong team with a dedicated head chef.

Wage dependent on experience and position.. but a minimum of £35k starting salary is available for the right candidate.

We are proud of our food and our offer, and our kitchen known locally as one of the Area’s finest! Our Sunday Roasts are legendary! We offer a very varied menu with daily chalkboard specials which we would love your input on if you like to be creative – our Head Chef is a great trainer, and a keen developer of new talent.

We also have have 18 en-suite bedrooms, and a Function suite which is busy all year round with Weddings, Birthday parties and other events. We like to make everything fresh to order and our menu offers very limited ‘brought in’ products – literally everything we do is made by our team daily.

Hours are varied, we try to avoid split shifts, will include some breakfast shifts, shift work, including weekends. PLUS!! Christmas and New Years Day & Evening OFF! Spend the time with your family!

Good rates of pay for the right person. A dedicated couple would also be considered as we also have further kitchen, bar and waiting vacancies available.

Live in is available if needed and is included within renumeration package and is clean, private, fully furnished and on site.
