Position: Full Time Cook General Assistant (Live In or Live Out)

Start Date: to start around 11th of May

Days/Hours: 5/6 days per week (10 hours per day)

A private household based in Chigwell are seeking an experienced and versatile cook / general assistant to support the smooth running of their home. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone organised, proactive and happy to assist across multiple areas of the household. The ideal candidate will be a confident cook, able to prepare a range of fresh, high-quality meals, while also assisting with general household tasks as required. Someone flexible, discreet and able to adapt to the needs of the household, including occasional travel, will be well suited to this role.

The position can be offered on a live in or live out basis. For live in candidates, separate accommodation is provided. The family have two small dogs; however, no pet care is required. A driver would be a bonus but is not essential.

Duties include:

planning and preparing fresh, nutritious meals
assisting with general household support and day-to-day organisation
keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised
supporting with light housekeeping duties when required
helping to ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently
assisting during travel when needed

Salary to be discussed at the interview
