He turned up as arranged and was very good at his assessment of the job. He carried out the work efficiently in replacing the immersion heater which was in a very awkward location. Hot water available again at a very reasonable cost. I would definately recommend him for others.

Francis is an excellent worker as well as being friendly and polite. Working in an awkward space, he completed the fitting of a water bang arrestor quickly without any grumbles (or swearing!). So clean and tidy and great vfm. I will be recommending him to friends as well as keeping him in mind for future tasks around the house. Well done, Francis.
