🔥 Boiler Installation & Power Flushing – London 🔥

We engaged The Power Flush Company to flush our central heating system. Booking the appointment was straight forward enough - however, the appointment date & time arrived and they were a no show. When I called to follow up & got no answer, I received an email an hour later advising that the technician was sick & that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Fine. A new appointment was scheduled (another day off work) and when this appointment was due, the exact same issue occurred - the technician failed to arrive with no notice advising that they were sick. When the appointment was finally completed, they arrived with minimal kit in an unbranded van. The flush was rushed based on the time they had allowed & no testing was done for which the technician tried to blame me for - balancing was allegedly completed but since the flush was completed 2 radiators do not work at all, and another has a significant cold spot. Despite multiple efforts to get them back to rebalance the system they have now stopped communicating & are ignoring my calls. Appalling service & complete lack of professionalism- don’t be fooled by the glossy website… this company does shoddy work and should be avoided at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Hired Jay to do a Power Flush. He is a Con Man ! Does not like to communicate by email in order to avoid any Audit trail.. He offers a 2 yr Warranty BEWARE ! he will ask for more money. The equipment he uses and the time he spends will not flush your Radiators . A Power flush takes 6-8 hrs Jay will do it in 2-3 and he does not have the correct equipment. This will not cure your problem and yo be forced to call him back at 50% of what you paid originally. The Warranty is not given to you when you book and simply mentioned on your invoice. It is not worth anything and not a Lawful Warranty. Jay did work for me that has damaged my Boiler and he is not responding to any of my emails. I am now having him investigated by Trading Standards and perusing a claim through the small claims court. He May be cheap, but this is because his Flush equipment are not fit for purpose. Other Companies may be more expensive , but the Job will be done with the correct equipment and it will be hassle free.

We used The Power Flush Company to clean our heating system and I found them punctual, polite and knowledgeable about the process. After seeing what came out of the system I’m glad We did! Jay the engineer was tidy and friendly. We would recommend.

The Power Flush Company installed our boiler a few years ago. At the time, the job was carried out professionally and on budget. Since then, our regular maintenance check found a defective part, which by replacing at low cost has saved us thousands. Highly recommended.

The services of this company are fantastic. The engineer named JAY is dogged and did a great job of the power flush of the seven radiators. The central heating system is working very well at the apartment. Also the customer and billing service is great - because my credit cards were accepted for the two payments - initial and final. The power flush company is - a highly recommended company. Simply marvellous.
