Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated live-in carer to assist Sally, a wheelchair user with a zest for life. Sally enjoys frequent outings to museums, art galleries, Kew Gardens, parks, and exploring cities. She resides in a warm, domestic setting with her husband.
Position Details:
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 hours per day
Accommodation: Private bedsit provided in the same property but separate to the flat
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care, including grooming, hair, and makeup
Manage medication administration
Accompany Sally on cultural outings and city visits
Support her baking activities and social media engagement
Prepare meals and maintain a clean living environment
Operate hoisting equipment safely for transfers
Qualifications:
Valid UK National Insurance number
Current driver's license (mandatory)
Prior experience in caregiving
Ability to safely use hoisting equipment (training can be provided)
