Description
This was originally purchased by myself 3 years ago downsizing from a 6 Berth twin axel. As our children no longer come with us, I am selling with a view to moving on to a camper van. The van comes fully equipped with fresh water and waste bottles. It includes a gas bottle, electric hook up cable additional water and waste hoses and a small TV in a hidden compartment. There is a full-size bathroom with electric flushing toilet and shower room. There is also a Paxford 260 awning included along with an additional annex which can sleep at least two adults.
The leisure battery is approximately 3 years old. The connection to a vehicle is by a 12-pin plug. I may have an adapter that will connect it to a 7N standard socket though you will not be able to charge the leisure battery while driving without either a 12-pin car socket or 7S & 7N sockets.
As you will see from one of the images there is a small bit of damage at the rear. Scratch marks that someone previous to our ownership had painted over. However, we have had no problems in this area at all. All the appliances are working well including the Microwave. The caravan is also fitted with a mover which is in working condition. There is a spare tyre underneath the caravan with the two main wheels having their tyres replaced August 2024.
The caravan is not stored at my home but at a storage yard about 5 minutes from my home so it can be viewed there if need be.
