Description
We have just turned up some genuine Sachs / AP clutch kits to suit the Minis or Metros with the A series engines that were fitted before 1983.
When we looked inside we were suprised to find that the instructions were AP Borg & Beck and the cover is the uprated blue one as fitted to the more powerfull engines. ( Cooper S & Turbo )
So it looks like AP supplied Sachs with the uprated clutches which they then boxed and sold as their own.
If you are buying for an early Metro, Turbo, 1.3 etc this clutch is the one to have.
You can also buy it for a Mini but you will need to use your old cover centre as they are different, we will put the correct release bearing in if you let us know.
If you just want a standard kit we have them in Borg and Beck at the same price.
