fantastic dealership, had a very bad experience elsewhere with our previous car and as soon as we made Sana aware of this she went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction, they also had the car ready very quickly and much quicker than expected. i would recommend and would buy again from this dealership in the future when required. we have had the car for a few weeks now and are over the moon with it

I purchased a car from this dealer in June and soon after discovered it had serious hidden engine problems. A professional inspection revealed excessive oil leaks from reused gaskets, with RTV applied to cover them up. Clear evidence of a poor-quality engine rebuild. Oil is leaking from the timing cover, head gasket, and rocker cover, and the car requires a complete strip-down and rebuild with all new gaskets. I travelled back to the dealer multiple times asking them to fix the car, but they never resolved the issues. I then sent them a detailed inspection report over a month ago and made it clear that the car should be returned. They have ignored my emails completely. In the meantime, I’ve had to spend a significant amount of money constantly refilling engine oil just to keep the car running. This dealer sold me a faulty car, failed to repair it, and is now refusing to respond while I am in the process of pursuing a refund. Buyers should be extremely cautious. Their dishonesty and lack of after-sales support are shocking.

Great customer service is sans and ems, but very polite and professional. Good clear communication. Explain med everything very well. Would recommend. Car is brilliant
