The van is very well equipped for the compact size, and the well-planned layout and abundant windows, including skylights and over cab windows, make it feel light and spacious.

The two captain’s chairs swivel to complement the lounge area which has room to entertain several guests on the side settee and rear single seat, with removable, easily stored tables. There is a shelf either side for storage and a good-sized locker over the cab.

The day time lounge area converts into either 2 lengthways single beds or a large transverse double.
The kitchen has a 3- burner hob, separate oven and grill, sink, drainer and 3-way fridge with a small freezer compartment.

Unlike many vans this size there is a washroom with a cabinet/vanity mirror, electric flushing toilet, hand basin and shower. To the front of this is the gas locker cupboard with a wardrobe above. Contained within the wardrobe is controls for the fitted external roof top tv arial.

All of the features of the van work well ie lights, heating, hot water, cooker, fridge, shower and water pump. A full habitation service check was carried out on 1 June 2026 and a new leisure battery was fitted.

This is a compact, yet versatile vehicle which is very comfortable and well equipped, including a third belted seat for a rear passenger. It’s small enough to fit most parking bays or driveways.

The vehicle has recently had a full engine and mechanical service, has a valid MOT until 1 April 2027 and is fully ready to go. Levelling ramps, electric hook up cable and van cover for winter storage will all be supplied with the vehicle.

The current mileage is 69,594, however the vehicle remains in use, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be slightly higher than that advertised.
