Do you have a passion for restoring Volkswagens?
Here is a great opportunity to purchase a project or purchase for spares and repairs.
When we parked the campervan up on our drive the engine was running but it has stood for several years without being turned over. It has recently been started using a car battery but will need work to get it running. The campervan will need to be transported away.
There are areas of rust and holes and I have included photos of a couple of examples of this.
The inner and outer sills will require welding.
The skylight and some windows will need replacing.
The locks will need work.
This is not an exhaustive list of faults, just those I am aware of.
Front seats are Captains Chairs and swivel around to face into the campervan.
Rear seat has two lap seatbelts.
Solar panel on roof to charge the leisure battery.
Webasto gas heater.
Air cooler.
Fridge.
Gas hob two rings.
Sink.
Electric hook up.
2 person bed.
Cupboard storage space.
Stereo with CD changer.
Current working conditions of all of these are unknown.
