The repointing work is ongoing. A few hiccups but rectified quickly and pleasantly on communication with the boss. So far excellent work and look forward to a beautifully repointed house soon!

Hiring a contractor,or anyone in fact,is a great leap in the dark. Unless they have been personally recommended ie your friend has done the homework,you are taking a chance. With Rushmore,I was lucky.Arrived on time,quoted and returned to do the work.All very satisfactory. I shall use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

When we discovered a leak in our roof with water coming into our daughter’s room, James and his team made the repair a priority. They went over and above to ensure the whole roof was safe and secure for a fair price. Work was carried out in a timely manner with no disruption to our home. James attended the property, assessed the repair, took photos of everything, explained what needed to be repaired and gave a breakdown of costs before any work was carried out. Highly recommend

Not yet started job and am impressed they do not need deposit or require payment until after repointing of whole house has been completed. Repointing will take a week. So far trustworthy, knowledgeable, personable, helpful, good communication skills and excellent previous experience. Really professional with obvious considerable expertise.

I had a telephone response immediately to describing the problem on line which was followed up by a visit from James the next day. He seemed to know what he was talking about so we accepted his quote. He and his team did an excellent job of capping a chimney repairing flaunching and re pointing the brickwork using lime mortar, replacing slates and securing ridge tiles. I thoroughly recommend Rushmore Roofing as being very professional and reliable.
