For Sale – Seamaster 925 Sailing Yacht

We have owned this lovely Seamaster 925 for 8 years, it is our 1st Yacht and we've had a lot of great trips with her but we have decided to move to something slightly bigger.

Built in 1981 by the well regarded Holman & Pye. A safe, seaworthy and very well maintained yacht with a reliable re-engined 16hp beta (2007 – only 498 hours). Engine installation details and comprehensive engine service history is available as are 2 previous insurance surveys. Currently afloat at Crinan – use of mooring this summer can be potentially included in sale at no cost. This is not a project boat – it has been well cared for and looked after.

Accommodation:
Comfortable accommodation with a roomy main cabin and berths for 6 with separate heads – standing room approx 5ft10”
Forward Cabin - 'V' berth with stowage under and opening deck hatch for light and ventilation.
Heads - Separate heads compartment to port with Jabsco sea toilet and pressurised fresh water sytem to a stainless steel sink. There is a hanging locker opposite.
Saloon - The main cabin with dinette to port converting to a double berth with single settee berth opposite. Lockers and shelving above to port and starboard. The saloon table converts to the port double.
Ample storage throughout the boat in various cupboards and lockers.
Galley - The refurbished galley is to starboard aft and has ample storage with built in cool box. A single sink is served by pressurised fresh water.
Two ring stainless steel cooker with grill and oven, mounted on gimbals.
Quarter berth - The quarter berth is aft to port.

• Recent extensive upgrading of the galley and toilet compartment.

Deck / Deck Equipment
Masthead rigged sloop with deck stepped anodised aluminium mast and boom by Kemp.
Stainless steel pulit and pushpit with twin stainless steel guard wires supported by stanchions, surround an easily navigated side deck and aft self draining cockpit
A generous cockpit locker gives great storage space for fenders, warps and lots of other
Things – large enough to store dinghy. A gas locker, vented aft, is also situated within the cockpit.
The engine control panel and rev. counter are easily accessible within the cockpit locker and the morse control is easily to hand. Self draining anchor well housing the anchor and chain. There are twin Lewmar 40 and 16 winches for genoa and spinnaker sails respectively and the genoa cars are controllable at the cockpit. The genoa and mainsail are hoisted by mast mounted winches.
