Project Planning & Execution

roadworks, and heavy-infrastructure construction. Able to interpret complex
drawings, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure works meet design
intent and compliance standards.
Mechanical Fabrication & Installation Oversight
Oversight of steel fabrication, pipe racks, tanks, platforms, and industrial
equipment installation. Skilled in supervising fabrication workshops,
verifying dimensions, ensuring welding quality, and coordinating
mechanical works with civil and electrical interfaces.
QA/QC Management
Experienced in implementing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), conducting
inspections, preparing QA documentation, and ensuring compliance with
client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Known for reducing rework through early issue identification.
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
Experienced in liaising with clients, consultants, local authorities, and
subcontractors. Skilled in progress reporting, technical discussions, issue
resolution, and maintaining strong working relationships to support smooth
project delivery.
Technical Documentation & Reporting
Produces accurate daily reports, progress updates, material tracking logs,
inspection records, and handover documentation. Ensures all site activities
are fully documented and traceable.
