General Manager & Bar Supervisor – The Star Bar, Eglinton Toll, Glasgow

The Star Bar at Eglinton Toll, a Southside institution since 1892, is coming under new ownership with G12 Leisure, and we're building the team to take it into its next chapter.

Same pub, same regulars, same three-course lunches from £6. We're adding a light refresh and a new night-time programme of live music, DJs and events.

GENERAL MANAGER (full-time)

• 2+ years' pub or bar management

• Personal Licence (or willing to get one)

• Runs the pub day to day: team, rotas, stock, cash-up, compliance and licensing

• A people person who loves a proper pub

• Excellent hourly rate

BAR SUPERVISOR (full-time)

• 2+ years' bar experience, including cellar management

• Responsible for cellar, line cleaning, stock control and cleanliness

• Runs shifts, opens and closes the venue

• Evenings and weekends

• Great hourly rate + tips
