Description
Are you a dedicated and experienced individual with a passion for hospitality and community? Burgh Heath Comrades and Social Club is looking for a live-in Steward/Stewardess/Steward Couple to manage the day-to-day running of our friendly and well-established members' club. If you would like to apply for the role but do not require accommodation, we’d still love to hear from you.
Key duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, including bar management, cellar maintenance, and general upkeep. Ensure you maintain excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory as well as supporting club events and functions. Supervise part-time bar staff and maintain compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations and report to and work closely with the club committee.
