Days/Hours: 40-50 hours per week, from 9:30am to 6:30pm (flexible)

A lovely family based in West Hampstead are seeking an experienced and caring full time live out nanny housekeeper to care for their 2-year-old child while supporting the smooth running of their home. This is an excellent opportunity for a warm, proactive and organised candidate who enjoys combining childcare with housekeeping responsibilities in a relaxed and welcoming household.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience caring for toddlers, be confident managing a varied role and enjoy creating a fun, nurturing environment while maintaining a tidy and organised home. Applicants must also be comfortable around the family’s dog. Previous experience in a similar private household role and excellent references are essential.

Duties include:

providing attentive and nurturing care for the child
supporting feeding, nap and developmental routines
planning engaging, educational and age-appropriate activities
taking the child to local classes, parks and outings
preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child
encouraging learning and development through play
supporting toilet training when appropriate
general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
making beds and changing bed linen
keeping the child’s bedroom and play areas tidy and organised
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
running household errands and grocery shopping when required
assisting with light care of the family dog when needed
ensuring the home remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
