A lovely family based in Wandsworth are seeking an experienced part time nanny housekeeper to care for their two children, aged 5 and 10 years old, while helping to maintain a clean, organised and welcoming home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a warm, reliable and proactive candidate who enjoys combining childcare with household support.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience caring for school-aged children, be confident managing daily routines and able to use their initiative around the home. The family are looking for a confident driver who is also happy to include walking and caring for their puppy as part of the role. Previous private household experience and excellent references are essential.

Duties include:

providing attentive and nurturing care for the children
supporting school routines and preparing the children for the day
taking the children to and from school and activities when required
planning engaging and age-appropriate activities
assisting with homework and encouraging learning
preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
supporting after-school and evening routines
undertaking general housekeeping duties throughout the home
cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing household surfaces
laundry, ironing and wardrobe care for the family
making beds and changing bed linen
keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy and organised
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
running household errands and grocery shopping when required
driving the children to school, activities and appointments when needed
walking and caring for the family’s puppy
ensuring the home remains clean, organised and running smoothly at all times

Paediatric First Aid

Enhanced DBS check
