Description

We are an Edinburgh-based architecture practice working throughout Scotland, the UK and internationally.

We design new buildings, extensions, renovations, interiors and masterplans, with particular experience in homes, workplaces, hospitality, education, community and cultural projects. Our work includes everything from early feasibility studies and concept design through to planning applications, listed building consent, building warrants, tender information and support during construction.

We enjoy working closely with clients from the first conversation, helping to shape a clear brief, explore options and make well-informed decisions. We aim to make the architectural process feel clear, collaborative and well managed, whether the project is a single room, a sensitive renovation, a new home or a larger masterplan.

Sustainability, re-use and conservation are central to our approach. We are a Certified B Corporation, RIBA and RIAS Chartered Practice, with in-house Certified Passive House Designer and RIAS Conservation Accredited expertise. We are particularly interested in buildings that are responsible, practical, enduring and enjoyable to use.

At every scale, we bring clarity, care and attention to detail, balancing design quality with the practical needs of budget, programme, approvals and construction.
