Warehouse Manager – Great Barr - £33k - £40k + excellent benefits

Our client is a well-established company based in the Great Barr area of Birmingham; due to continued expansion they are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our clients warehouse operations and team. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with exceptional people management skills, creating an environment where employees thrive and productivity flourishes.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations

* Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards consistently

* Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to operational guidelines

* Keep documentation current and ensure all staff understand their responsibilities

* Design and maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

* Establish clear key performance indicators for individuals and the team

* Track productivity, accuracy, and efficiency metrics using warehouse management systems

* Create an inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued

* Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch

* Manage inventory control and ensure stock accuracy

* Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments

* Optimise warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency

Requirements

* Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role

* Strong leadership skills with xjnqpsq a track record of building high-performing teams

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
