Site Manager – Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects – Cambridge, East of England
£(Apply online only) per day (Contract)
Job Title: Site Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Cambridge
Duration: 4 Weeks, with a high possibility the candidate could be moving on to another project afterwards in Cambridge

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor, delivering a high-quality fit-out and refurbishment project. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of fast-paced commercial projects with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Lead site progress meetings and address any technical or operational challenges.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety practices.
Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period. xjnqpsq
Right to work in Ireland required.
Must Haves: SMSTS or CSCS Black card with previous fit out site management experience
