IT Service Delivery Lead / Manager
3 Month contract
£500 a day inside IR35
Newcastle - 3 days in office
*Active SC Clearance is needed*
A well-established consultancy firm is seeking an experienced, SC cleared IT Service Delivery Lead to join their team. You will be the defining force in ensuring the successful execution and commercial health of our major client contracts. This role demands excellence-you will define strategy, guide teams, and be fully accountable for superior service quality and operational efficiency.
As a IT Service Delivery lead you will be responsible for
Own Contract Success: Manage all aspects of delivery, ensuring we meet promises, stay on budget, and achieve financial goals.
Improve How We Work: Implement better ways to deliver our service, driving our work to be faster, smarter, and higher quality.
Lead and Empower Teams: Guide, train, and motivate diverse delivery teams. You are the ultimate decision-maker, fostering a culture of innovation and shared success.
Grow the Business: Act as a key client partner, proactively identifying and securing new opportunities to expand our service footprint.
Shape Decisions: Work directly with senior stakeholders to share expertise, manage feedback, and influence internal and external strategy.Essential Skills
Proven experience in Client Delivery and Account Management at a senior level.
Deep expertise in IT Service Delivery (ITSD), including managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Expert knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies. xjnqpsq
