About the Role:

* Engage with warm leads and existing clients via phone and email.

* Manage CRM systems, nurture client relationships, and pass leads to Mortgage Advisors.

* Support cross-selling of products and ensure outstanding customer service.

* Work closely with experienced Mortgage Brokers and Sales Managers.

Requirements:

* CeMAP 1 (essential)

* GCSEs in Maths & English

* Great communication, admin, and IT skills

* Customer service or sales experience preferred
