Testing & Inspection (T&I) Electrician

Location: East Kilbride (South Lanarkshire)

Contract Mon-Fri 40 hours/per week

Salary: £38K per annum

Urgently looking for an experienced electrician to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider at a static site focusing on testing and inspection. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and who is willing to assist on various jobs within the site with a happy to help manner.

Duties (not Limited to):

To ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated in a safe condition to comply with Health & Safety

Carry out scheduled electrical testing and inspection tasks such as PAT, ECIR, Illumination levels & infra-red.

Find Fault and carry out repairs

Respond to re-active works as well as PPM's

Assist in method statements/ risk assessments.

Supervise sub-contractor's work

To attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours

To report all incidents and accidents

To maintain all statutory records up to date

To complete all administrative functions efficiently (using paper logbooks or IT software)Essential Skills:

ECS Gold Card Installation Electrician

C&G 2391, or equivalent Testing & Inspection

18th Edition Electrical QualificationDesirable Skills:

CMMS (SAM FM)

ISOH/Safety Passport
