Solicitor
Location: Fleet House, 59-61 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5NW
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 1+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: GBP 45.00 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on housing management, landlord & tenant issues.
Conduct litigation efficiently, including cases like anti-social behavior, tenancy fraud, and housing disrepair.
Assist in complex legal matters with guidance from senior team members.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
Ensure effective communication between legal team and other departments.
Develop and implement legal processes and procedures for housing management.
Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes affecting Housing Associations.
Support junior team members and collaborate with the wider legal team.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.
Provide cover for other team members when needed.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Valid Law Society Practicing Certificate or Bar Council certificate with litigation ability.
Nice to Have:
Experience in housing law and litigation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
