You'll advise on a broad range of corporate and financial transactions, supporting clients across sectors including private equity, real estate, energy, and large corporates. Deal sizes range from GBP10m to GBP10bn+, offering exposure to varied and challenging work across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

Deliver clear, practical tax advice on complex transactions alongside senior stakeholdersContribute to business development activities, including pitches and proposalsBuild strong client relationships and collaborate with internal and external teamsLead or support technical tax analysis across UK and international mattersMentor and develop junior team membersStay current with tax developments and apply insights to live deal scenariosAbout You
