Senior Investment Operations Administrator

Location: Liverpool City CentreHours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmSalary: Competitive (DOE)Benefits: Excellent benefits packageA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Investment Operations Administrator to join a growing financial services organisation. This senior position sits within the Operations team and plays a key role in regulatory reporting, process improvement, quality assurance and the day-to-day support of Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Investment Operations Supervisor, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality investment administration services.The Senior will act as a key point of contact for query resolution, perform quality control checks, and support the training and development of team members.The role contributes to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance across all processes.What We're Looking For

Strong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProven experience within financial services, ideally in an Investment Operations environmentGood working knowledge of investment-related regulation (e.g. ISAs, pensions, FCA CASS/COBS)Advanced Excel skills with experience handling and analysing large datasetsAbility to produce clear, concise business and operational documentationExperience managing initiatives or process improvements end to endHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a teamQualifications
