Position: Sales Executive

Location: Fully remote

Package: Competitive basic salary and commission structure

Working hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Bennett and Game are delighted to be partnering a leading provider of premium, fully customised event venue solutions, who specialise in high-quality marquee installations for a wide range of occasions including corporate functions, product launches, festivals, and private celebrations. Their tailored service covers everything from concept design and site measurement to installation and post-event dismantling, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

They are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to lead the growth of a corporate client portfolio. This role will be central to identifying, engaging, and onboarding new business clients, building long-term relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition from first contact through to project delivery. You will be targeting organisations across sectors such as hospitality, retail, media, education, and event management.

B2B Salesman Job Overview

New Business Development

Research, identify, and approach potential corporate clients within target industries.

Develop tailored pitches and proposals that demonstrate value and align with client event needs.

Build a pipeline of qualified leads and consistently exceed sales targets.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for newly acquired corporate accounts.

Lead onboarding sessions to guide clients through our service offering, processes, and timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, installation, logistics) to ensure a seamless client experience.

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Market Development

Represent the business at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategy.

Develop strategic partnerships with event planners, agencies, and venue managers to expand the company's market reach.

Sales Administration

Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking all communications and opportunities.

Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market insights.

B2B Salesman Job Requirements

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within events, hospitality, or related sectors.

Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Excellent relationship-building abilities with senior-level decision makers.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Comfortable with a mix of office-based, on-site, and client-facing work.

B2B Salesman Salary & Benefits

Basic salary dependant on experience (open to people at different levels)

10% commission paid on the onboarding of new clients. Average fee size is £10,000

A further 5% commission on residual repeat business

Commission structure can be negotiable
