As our Finance Manager, you will:

Develop and prepare annual budgets and forecasts to guide our financial strategy.

Monitor income and expenditure, producing timely reports for headteachers and budget holders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Maintain high financial control standards and oversee all financial transactions to safeguard our resources.

Generate and coordinate new income streams aligned with our mission, helping us to grow and flourish.

Prepare for annual audits and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and best practises.We seek a candidate who has:

An Enhanced DBS is desirable however, we can issue this for you.

Proven experience in finance and administrative management to lead our financial operations.

Strong knowledge of financial planning and budget setting to help us stay on track.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

The ability to work flexibly and adaptively within a team environment, promoting a positive workplace culture.
