What You'll Be Doing

Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery of statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, and compliance workAct as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and practical financial adviceReview statutory accounts and tax computations prepared by junior staffOversee management accounts and client reporting, adding value through insight and analysisSupport clients with tax planning, VAT, audits, and general business adviceEnsure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulationsMentor and support junior team membersKeep up to date with changes in legislation and advise clients accordinglyWhat We're Looking For

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Strong experience within an accountancy practiceProven experience managing client relationshipsSolid understanding of UK accounting standards and tax legislationExperience reviewing work and supporting junior staffStrong communication and organisational skillsProactive and commercially aware mindsetExperience with TaxCalc and Xero (desirable)Audit experience or RI status, or working towards it (desirable)Experience working with SMEs (desirable)What You'll Get
