Senior Executive Operational Resilience

The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the Bank's Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with FCA, PRA and Bank of England requirements while safeguarding Important Business Services.

The successful candidate will lead resilience testing, impact tolerance assessments, audit and regulatory engagement, and coordinate business continuity and incident management activities to strengthen the Bank's ability to withstand and recover from disruption.

Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management or a related control function. Experience supporting or managing Important Business Services (IBS), impact tolerance assessments and resilience testing exercises Collaboration tools and preferrably GRC tools The role offers the opportunity to develop broad expertise across information security, cyber resilience, risk management, and governance within a dynamic banking environment.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to strategic initiatives, senior stakeholder engagement, and regulatory requirements, providing a strong foundation for career progression into senior Information Security, Risk Management, Governance, and Resilience leadership roles.
