Mortgage Servicing Assistant

Location: West Malling, Kent (Hybrid – 1 day WFH after probation)

Salary: £26,200 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm)

Department: Servicing

Experience Level: Entry-level (training provided)

We’re now looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Servicing team and start a career in the mortgage industry.

About the Role

As a Mortgage Servicing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers post-completion. You’ll handle enquiries, process account updates, and ensure mortgage servicing runs smoothly and efficiently. Mortgage or servicing experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

*

Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers and borrowers

*

Respond to enquiries via email promptly and professionally

*

Issue redemption statements

*

Chase outstanding documents and post-completion conditions

*

Contact borrowers in arrears and arrange payment where necessary

*

Take payments for outstanding interest and fees over the phone

*

Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on our CRM system

*

Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships

*

Escalate complex queries to your line manager as needed
