The Role

We are recruiting a Lead Contract Support to join our CBRE Global Workplace Solutions team based in London on a hybrid basis. This is a key role within the business, responsible for leading the Contract Support function and providing high-quality financial and administrative support to the Finance & Contract Support Manager.

You will play a critical part in the commercial and financial delivery of the contract, acting as a trusted partner to both the operational team and the client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Contract Support team, providing guidance, training and oversightAssist in the control of all financial and commercial aspects of the contractProduce, maintain and analyse financial data, reports, forecasts and valuationsPrepare and issue contractual and client reports, including month-end and forecast submissionsManage purchase orders, invoices, quotations, timesheets and subcontractor administrationMaintain accurate and auditable financial records (invoices, materials, GRNs, timesheets)Support application billing and invoicing of maintenance and extra works via SAP AribaManage contract escalation processes and support contract renewalsRun aged debt reports and liaise with clients to resolve outstanding issuesCollate and present portfolio and performance reviewsSupport quality management system documentation and complianceCoordinate travel arrangements for EMEA shutdowns where requiredAssist with training administration and run regular training gap reports

What We're Looking For

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English as a minimumA-levels, HNC/D, degree or equivalent qualification is advantageousAn accounting qualification or a strong interest in developing a career in financeStrong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointExperience working in a financial, commercial or contract support environmentExcellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracyConfident communicator with a strong customer-focused approachAble to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and perform under pressureSelf-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently or as part of a teamCalm, professional and discreet, with a commitment to continuous improvement
