Description

Lead on the tail-end of the implementation of EU pay transparency regulations across the organisation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for pay transparency initiatives.

Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management and relevant teams.

Identify and address potential risks or challenges related to compliance and project delivery.

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all pay transparency-related activities.

Work closely with the Human Resources department to align initiatives with broader organisational objectives.
