Description
Payroll Assistant with HR Experience – Leicester (LE19)
Ideal Recruit is currently looking for a Payroll Assistant with HR experience to join our team based in the Leicester (LE19) area.
Location: Leicester, LE19
Pay rate: £13.95 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Duties:
Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintaining employee records and updating HR systems
Assisting with HR administration including new starter and leaver documentation
Handling employee queries regarding pay, holiday, and absence
Supporting with compliance, right-to-work xjnqpsq checks, and documentation
Liaising with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth payroll operations
General office administration duties as required
