With a strong reputation for delivering complex civil engineering and ground engineering projects, our client is looking for an ambitious graduate who is eager to develop their career within a supportive and technically driven environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the tendering and estimating process while working alongside experienced professionals on a range of challenging infrastructure projects. If you are detail-oriented, motivated, and keen to build a long-term career in construction and engineering, we would encourage you to apply.

As the Graduate Estimator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for civil engineering projects

Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support pricing exercises

Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and cost information

Supporting the preparation of bills of quantities and cost breakdowns

Working with the wider commercial and engineering teams during the tender process

Maintaining accurate records of estimates, assumptions, and supporting documentation

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn within a technical environment

Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

What's in it for you?

The opportunity to start your career with a respected international engineering contractor

Ongoing training, mentoring, and clear career progression

A competitive graduate salary and benefits package
