As a Senior Financial Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our finance operations-working alongside skilled financial professionals to deliver robust, accurate and timely business information. You'll have the opportunity to lead modernisation initiatives, drive process efficiency and digitalisation, and make a direct impact on decision-making in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Preparing monthly management accounts, general ledger closing, and group reporting packs

Overseeing SAP Cockpit and the P2P workflow to drive compliance and on-time processing

Managing, coaching, and developing a Trainee Accountant, supporting career progression

Improving and streamlining finance processes through digital tools and analytics

Supporting audits, statutory accounting, tax activities, and all aspects of internal controls

Essential

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar environmentExcellent knowledge of financial toolsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in driving process improvementsDesirable

Experience with Power BI and finance process automationContinuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving changeEffective communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills across all levelsProactive, detail-oriented, and resilient approach to meeting deadlines and managing priorities
