Description

Global Mobility Tax - Assistant Manager

London International Advisory Firm

Excellent package

Hybrid working

A London-based advisory firm with Global Mobility at the heart of its tax offering is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its specialist team. With a genuinely international client base, the firm advises multinational businesses and internationally mobile executives on complex cross-border tax matters.

You will manage a portfolio of expatriate clients, with responsibility for preparing and reviewing UK self-assessment tax returns, making strong UK tax return knowledge essential. The role also involves advising on UK residence and domicile issues, supporting tax equalisation calculations, and coordinating with overseas offices to deliver seamless global advice.

"Several members of the leadership team have transitioned from Big 4 firms and have since enjoyed a more collaborative, less corporate working environment - while maintaining the same high-quality client base."

The ideal candidate will have experience in Global Mobility or expatriate tax, a solid grounding in UK personal tax compliance, and be ATT or CTA qualified or part-qualified. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with HR teams and senior stakeholders are key.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a firm where mobility is a core strategic focus, offering clear progression and exposure to high-quality international work.
