Global Credit Manager

We are proud to be partnering with a global manufacturing business who are looking to bring an experienced credit manager into a well established and thriving team. As Global Credit Manager suitable applicants will ideally come from a large company shared service background and be used to managing teams in excess of 8 staff.

This is a highly rewarding business to work with. They operate a hybrid working pattern and there are plenty of other benefits that play a part in high staff retention and engagement. This role would suit someone with significant credit / accounts receivable management experience who is looking to step into a global role with continuous personal development.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of credit control and credit management within Shared ServicesTeam management of 12+ heads - recruitment, goal setting and reviewsMonthly production of period end reports, including OTC reportingCash flow forecasting, monthly and quarterlyProduce, monitor and control team KPI'sReview and implementation of internal controls, best practice and SOPDrive process improvements, implement changes and consistently review existing processes for efficiency

Demonstrate significant leadership skills in a large corporate environmentBring strong reporting and stakeholder management skillsHave excellent working knowledge of accounting and reporting systems and regulatory frameworkShow the ability to support business planning in a shared service environment
